SIFCare Cavite Conducts River Clean-up for International Coastal Clean-up 2019 

135 volunteers from different schools and organizations participated in SIFCare Cavite’s River Clean-up for International Coastal Clean-up 2019. 

The clean-up was held at Navadwip Farm and the other river ways of Barangay Batas Silang, Cavite last September 22, 2019

A total of 124 kilograms of non-biodegradable waste were collected during the clean-up and majority were plastic packaging materials. 

A delicious and healthy plant-based diet lunch was served to all the volunteers with ice cold lemon grass tea. 

We would like to thank all the participants who supported the project and the volunteers from Pag-asa National High School, Dasmarinas North National High School, DNNHS- Girl Scouts, Red Cross Youth Council, Emilio Aguinaldo College -Cavite, CAVSU, Salawag Runners Club and Gopala Learning Haven.
