SIFCARE Volunteers join other volunteers to Bring Acudetox to Philippine Air Force Event
Last March 26th, a unique collaboration took place at the Headquarters Philippine Air Force, Villamor Air Base, as two volunteers from SIFCARE along with other volunteers extended their expertise as Acudetox Specialists to an event organized by the Philippine Air Force in partnership with NADA Philippines.
The volunteers, whose services were acknowledged with a Certificate of Appreciation presented to Ms. Ivy Villamor and Ms. Vrinda Villamor, provided Acudetox treatments during the “Pamper Day” held in conjunction with the HSSG (Headquarters Service Support Group) 28th Founding Anniversary. Acudetox, a form of auricular acupuncture (developed by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association)focusing on detoxification and stress reduction, offered a moment of relaxation and rejuvenation to the attendees. The participation of SIFCARE volunteers underscored the organization’s dedication to supporting community development through its promotion of alternative and complementary therapies.
