SIFCare volunteers of La Union headed up to the cool mountains of Benguet for a wellness mission.

Through the invitation of ma’am Eleanor Ayan of DSWD-CAR, the volunteer ADSes (Acu Detox Specialist) treated 60+ employees of DSWD-FOCAR as part of their health fair in celebration of the Nutrition Month. Recipients of this self-care therapy included administrative assistants, psychologists, nutritionists, staff members and the other service providers of the health fair as well!

We recognize the importance of their role in helping the communities they service. We empathize with them as we all strive to improve the wellbeing of every person in our community.
