SIFCare volunteers headed to Brgy Mindoro, Bangar to distribute warm meals to residents affected by Tropical Storm Maring.

Upon arrival at the municipio of Bangar, our team was greeted by Tourism officer John Robert B. Morden and Brgy. Capt Felix Macayan. They assisted our team to Amburayan river where they had to ride a bangka to the isolated area of Brgy. Mindoro. From there, they took a tricycle to the barangay hall and distributed 66 family sized meals (good for 330 pax), 87 individual packs and 470 sandwiches. They made sure the distribution was organized by letting 7 people inside the hall at a time. Children and elderly were prioritized.
