In honor of International Women’s Month, SIFCare in partnership with SM City La Union turned a busy corner of the mall into a wellness sanctuary for women to just… breathe.

For one day, the hustle of the mall faded away, replaced by the quiet, restorative release of Acudetox, helping to clear the mind and calm the nervous system, and the grounding stillness of our guided breath meditation. Watching everyone settle into that safe, healing space together was truly beautiful.
