At PGLU (Provincial Government of La Union) Bayanihan last September 23, 2022, SIFCare (Science of Identity Foundation Community Assistance for Responsible Existence) volunteers treated dozens of PGLU employees to revitalizing workshops consisting of yoga, breathing exercises, music meditation, and ear acupuncture.

SIFCare seeks to share traditional and updated strategies in maintaining health and reducing daily stress.
