On November 7 2022, a holistic wellness immersion workshop from SIFCare (Science of Identity Foundation Community Assistance for Responsible Existence) was the HIRAYA Collective event held in San Juan La Union. The vision of HIRAYA Collective is to create an alternative and accessible learning space for the blind and visually impaired (VI) community in the Philippines. Partnering with seven core members of VIFAL (Visually Impaired’s Fashion and Lifestyle) from different parts of the Philippines, the team co created and interacted in various HIRAYA workshops.

These activities included Chi Gong exercises, music meditation for relaxation, ear acupuncture for detoxification, baking egg free recipes, mindful eating for awareness, group singing with the SIFCare choir and experiencing pottery with Putik Friends . SIFCare also taught them about acupressure points, herbal teas, and essential oils. Afterwards, they gave heartwarming feedback on the unique learning activities.

PM us to experience these activities at our SIFCare page or message Dixie Palmos at +639278312331.
