Attendees of the SIFCare Wellness Mission in Sampaloc, Quezon were taught about the importance of a plant-based diet and the practice of a restricted diet especially for people with hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and old age. They were also diagnosed and treated using NIBS; a Non-Evasive Brain Stimulation with an electronic pen that stimulates the points and helps reduce pain or numbness. The patients were also fed mongo burger and pansit while waiting for their turn.

The program was also attended and appreciated by Vice-Mayor Teresita Villeno and said that SIFCare is welcome anytime to conduct a similar activity in the municipality.

The next wellness mission in Sampaloc will be on March 2023.
