Nutrition Caravan 3rd Stop

Malinta Elementary School, and National College of Science and Technology (NCST) at Dasmarinas, Cavite was the 3rd stop of the Nutrition Caravan last August 1, 2017.

Parents and 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) beneficiaries attended the seminar at Malinta Elementary School. Participants were very excited to have learned nutrition from a different perspective and the plant based cooking demo plus veggie burgers were such a hit during the workshop. A number of the parents have actively volunteered in our previous school programs that’s why they were very welcoming, comfortable and inquisitive.

The afternoon program at NCST had around 400 senior high students and faculty members who enjoyed doing the basic yoga and Gauranga breathing exercises so much, that the principal said we’re welcome to conduct yoga exercises again.
